The Strokes recently shared the LP’s lead single “Going Shopping” — a track that showcases their enduring creativity and new takes about the world.

The rollout of this era is also notable — mailing the song to 100 fans on cassette tape. After these lucky ones got an exclusive listen, the song was made available on streaming platforms later on.
