It’s official folks - this summer, Saturdays are for the Yogis! And this Saturday on July 19th, us here at Red Rocks are calling — calling you up to roll out your mat beneath the Colorado sky and the hard (yet soothing) rocks for another unforgettable morning of Yoga on the Rocks. There’s nothing quite like starting your weekend with breath, movement, and the kind of energy that a Red Rocks yoga sesh led by Better Buzz can offer. So - whether it’s your first time here as a yogi or your favorite part of the summer ritual starts right here, this session is sure to be one for the books, and we can’t wait to have ya! If you have any questions just ask the well dressed yogi sitting next to you, or find one of us for some cool swag and merch too! As always, Better Buzz Yoga team will be there to greet you, guide you, and celebrate the moment. They’re the heart of this whole series—an independently owned, Denver-based studio committed to creating space for all bodies, all levels, all journeys. Red Rocks Amphitheatre has always been more than a venue. It was formed a millenia ago - and with its ancient formations and panoramic views, it’s a naturally carved cathedral here - a place  where connection, culture, and creativity come to life every day. And on Saturday mornings, that spirit of artistry transforms into something deeply personal — a place to move, release, and recharge alongside a community of yogis who know there’s no better backdrop than this one.

This week’s session is led by Sonja Roth, one of the powerhouse instructors from Denver’s very own Better Buzz Yoga. Sonja’s approach blends grounded presence with a light-hearted flow that invites you to meet yourself where you’re at — whether you're easing into your first Warrior I or flowing through with full intention. Her classes are rooted in rhythm, awareness, and a deep respect for the practice. She brings all of that and more to the Rocks this July - and we’re so here fr it.
