The smash-hit song Drops Of Jupiter (Tell Me) has been in the atmosphere for a quarter of a century - and it’s the kind of song the world keeps falling in love with over and over again, an RIAA diamond-certification and two Grammy Awards later. Apart from this, pop-rock legends Train’s extensive catalogue is also bursting at the seams with bangers such as Hey, Soul Sister, If It’s Love, Calling All Angels, Meet Virginia, Marry Me, and Drive By - and this makes for an exceptionally good list of indelible hits to be performed live!
Train will embark on a mammoth 38-date tour in 2026 that will see the iconic pop-rock masters perform all of the above and more, and possibly some new music across the nation. The Drops Of Jupiter: 25 Years In The Atmosphere tour is slated to kick off in early July 2026 in West Palm Beach, Florida, making its way from coast to coast before disembarking at the end of August 2026 in Auburn, Washington.
Lead singer Pat Monahan, bassist Hector Maldonado, keyboardist Jerry Becker, and drummer Matt Musty will be welcoming songwriter and long-time collaborator Butch Walker to the band as guitarist and vocalist for the massive 2026 travels that lies ahead of the band.
The question is - are you coming along for the ride?
When talking about Train’s music and live performances, the words ‘versatility’, ‘electrifying’, and ‘musical prowess’ come to mind. Train has really been the soundtrack to countless lives for over three decades, so audiences can expect to receive a massive lot of bang for their buck: from their addictive reggae, country rock and pop sensibilities to choruses and melodies that never leave the mind; from an unparalleled sonic wall to lyrics that just hit different; from songs that totally absorb you to lush and perfect harmonies. To top it all, you’ll also be having the time of your life!
Train will be joined on tour by Canadian rock band Barenaked Ladies, best known for smash-hits such as One Week, If I Had $1000000, and of course, the highly popular Big Bang Theory Theme; as well as the mastermind behind bangers such as Come On Get Higher and Laid, Matt Nathanson.
Drops of Jupiter are going to be raining down on North America’s favorite outdoor concert venue this summer! What could possibly be better than experiencing Train live in concert under the summer night sky, tucked in between glorious red rock formations, with some of the best views around? Apart from its top-tier sound and lighting, wonderful natural acoustics, great amenities, and fantastic sight-lines, the Red Rocks Amphitheatre also boasts seating for over 9,000 patrons spread across a reserved area and a large general admission space in a tiered bleacher-style - perfect for those spectacular views of the valley and the stage.
