The band led by Susan Tedeschi and Derek Trucks won the Best Blues Album at the Grammys the following year. The album also bagged the Album of the Year at the Blues Music Awards that same year. The band has released a total of five studio albums and multiple live albums with their latest effort Future Soul set for release in 2026.
Lukas Nelson is most recognized for his work with Lukas Nelson and Promise of the Real. The band made a staggering contribution in the official soundtrack of Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper’s hit film, A Star is Born. Nelson heavily produced the soundtrackw with Lady Gaga. They later won a Grammy Award and British Academy Film Award. Lukas Nelson has also performed with his father’s band, Willie Nelson and Family. Nelson released his latest album, American Romance.
