Red Rocks Amphitheater, located right in Morrison and just a few miles outside of Denver city, is one of the oldest and most eclectic venues for experiencing your favorite acts and artists as they come to the states on their world tours and west coast local circuits. And now, with Slander taking the stage with a host of other outstanding openers for their July 17th 2025 Code Red Set, the boys ain’t coming to play, suffice to say. And Slander isn’t just making his annual stop at Red Rocks for us and only us - the boys will also be playing sets at D.C.’s Project Glow, Beyond Wonderland in Chicago, The Gorge, Dancetopia in Kansas, and of course - right here in Morrison between the Red Rocks and under the starlit sky. 

Slander - made up of (S)cott (L)and and Derek (Ander)son - is one of the biggest names in electronic dance music, and has made some of the most memorable and notable tracks in the genre over their decade-long career. Getting their start back in 2014, the boys met at UC-Irvine when they were both in Kappa Sigma and all about that frat life. They quickly rose to prominence - meeting DJ NIGHTMRE while they were still developing their skills, and quickly growing as the underground kings of the California DJ scene. They soon went on to perform at mega festivals like EDC Las Vegas and Electric Forest, and have cemented themselves as one of the go to artists if you want to party and have a good time on the dance floor. Their songs GUD VIBRATIONS and Drop It have received millions of plays across the web and are certified club bangers - let alone having also reached gold status on RIAA. And now, with a slew of shows all summer long as the group goes into their next decade of musical exploration and collaboration, we can only guess what will be next for the UC boys - or who they will have on stage with them doing B2Bs and warming up the decks before they headline on the 17th. BUT - what we do know is that it’s going to be one of those can’t miss shows here, and you won’t want to miss it and risk the FOMO - trust us.
