Red Rocks Amphitheatre
Catch up with Detroit-born, Denver-based saxophonist/singer/producer Grant Kwiecinski, better known as GRiZ, as he brings his unique brand of "future funk" to the already amazing Red Rocks Amphitheatre this Thursday, September 3rd, 2026. The leaping, bass heavy closing show of GRiZ's 2-night run at the venue will kick off at 5:00 PM with doors opening at 5:30 PM.
After recently releasing Future Funk: Volume 1, GRiZ will be touring the release throughout the year, getting the highest of notes from festival crowds as he headlines. He will be playing a plethora of tracks from the album, including the GRiZtronics collaboration 'Vibe in 2' and many more fan favorites that showcase the saxophonist's ability to transition from song to full blown improvisational session seamlessly.

Marked as one of the biggest names in bass music right now, Detroit-born, Denver-based sax-man, electronic producer, and festival favorite, Grant Richard Kwiecinski, aka GRiZ, continues his busy tour schedule as he stops by to command the legendary Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, CO on Thursday, September 3rd, 2026.
The show will include a wide range of songs, from fan favorites such as Good Will Prevail tracks and his popular track "Griztronics" with Subtronics to songs from his most recent album, Future Funk: Volume 1. The live performances will also include some unique unrepeatable moments of live saxophone throughout the night. Expect to hear tracks such as "Griztronics" as well as many popular songs by the Detroit-born, Denver-based producer including "Button Mashup" off of his album Good Will Prevail. The album was released in 2014 and hit #1 on iTunes Electronic, and even entered the Billboard 200. Good Will Prevail was also awarded the 'Spirit of Detroit' award for charitable work in 2015.
GRiZ has recently received various recognition in the music world, including his 2016 album, Good Will Prevail, debuting at #1 on iTunes Electronic and reaching #2 on the Billboard 200 chart. GRiZ received the 'Spirit of Detroit' award in 2015 for his charity work and was named The Untz's #1 Breakout Artist of 2013. He hosted a Bonnaroo SuperJam in 2016 and has returned to Red Rocks multiple times to sell out the venue. He recently took home the award for People's Choice for his GRiZ Kush strain at the 2015 High Times Cannabis Cup. With his "Show Love, Spread Love" philosophy, GRiZ puts on an annual charity event in Detroit called GRiZMAS, raising hundreds of thousands of dollars for local organizations.
Located at 18300 West Alameda Parkway in Morrison, CO (15 miles southwest of Denver, the state capital) where stunning natural red rock formations surround the seating to create a breathtakingly unique environment in which to enjoy your favorite live music. Open seating takes up the majority of the venue and spans from rows 8-70. Reserved seating is available for some performances in the front rows.

Red Rocks is now a fully electric venue, with EV charging stations throughout the property for green cars. For those guests who need an alternative to driving, Red Rocks runs a free shuttle service throughout the city of Morrison for shows and events. The shuttle picks up at various parking locations and street parking around town and drops off at the venue.
