Clipse

This show will be performed by Virginia-based duo Clipse. Both Pusha T and No Malice of the group are from Virginia and bring their graphic storytelling to their live shows. Clipse is best known for their successful and critically acclaimed releases, Lord Willin' and Hell Hath No Fury. These albums are known to create a genre of music all their own that is highly influential to many current hip-hop artists. Songs such as "Grindin," "When the Last Time," and "Mr. Me Too" will be played by the duo from their collection of fan favorites off of both of the previously mentioned albums. The two will deliver their tightly woven words and be accompanied by iconic production by The Neptunes. Since the group's highly publicized reunion, they have been touring and put out the highly critically acclaimed release, Let God Sort Em Out, in 2022. The release contains a wide variety of songs from old fans as well as brand new fans of the iconic duo and will be performed at the show as well as a slew of other songs from the groups discography of fan favorites.

J.I.D.

J.I.D. is a wildly talented young Georgia-based hip-hop vocalist and MC known for bringing fans on a wild ride of sound with his fast-paced and sometimes melancholy style of rap. Blending rapid-fire, intricate flows with melodic, often soulful and interpolated songwriting, J.I.D. is one of the most unique and exciting young artists making music today. The embodiement of the evolving hip-hop vocal MC, J.I.D. recently put out highly-acclaimed release 'The Forever Story' in 2022, featuring a plethora of great tracks, including 'sound system', 'Dance Now' & 'Crack Sandwich' as well as an array of notable collaborations with a host of other artists. The release has cemented his status as one of the best young MCs in the world today, and with his latest work J.I.D. is continuously striving to push himself to new heights as an artist and prove to his fans and critics alike why he is so highly-regarded within the industry. The Georgia native is also a key member of the very successful Dreamville Records collective, along with the likes of J. Cole, Ari Lennox and others.
