It's that time of the season when a storyteller-musician births another music masterpiece. "In Times of Dragons" is Tori Amos' eighteenth studio album set for a spring 2026 release. Tori Amos will take this album on the road that will cover expansive US and European tour dates.
“I can’t wait to see you all again on the road, we have much to catch up on,” the 62-year-old shared on Instagram. “So looking forward to playing with [bassist] Jon (Evans), [drummer] Ash (Sloan), [and backing vocalists] Deni (Hlavinka), Hadley (Kennary), and Liv (Gibson). It’s going to be a blast.”
Tori Amos fans have been looking forward to this show that would bring this new album to life, and the media have also been drumming up excitement.

At age eleven, Tori Amos walked away from the institute and walked into bars in Washington DC as a coming-of-age pianist, then went on to be the lead vocalist of an '80s pop group called Y Kant Tori Read. Tori Amos has a mezzo-soprano vocal range but truly found her voice as a singer, songwriter, and storyteller, and achieved a breakthrough as a solo artist with her unapologetic, fearless, and emotionally enchanting songs about feminism, freedom, sexuality, power, and resilience. She has sold over 12 million albums worldwide. Her chart-topping singles include: "Spark", "1000 Oceans", "Crucify", "Cornflake Girl", "Flavor", "God", "Caught a Lite Sneeze" , "A Sorta Fairytale", "Professional Widow", "Silent All These Years", and many, many more. These hits also gave her five MTV VMA nominations and nine Grammy nominations. Tori Amos has been cited by VH1 at 77th place in 1991's "100 Greatest Women of Rock n' Roll". "In Times of Dragons" is Tori Amos' eighteenth album,m which she describes as:
