ZEDS DEAD is back for its annual rock-out electronic music extravaganza at the RED ROCKS. With back-to-back performances at the beloved open-air concert venue, this year’s show marks their twelfth return as they kick off DEADROCKS XII. While many travel to other destinations as the Independence Day weekend comes, fans of the Canadian electronic music duo are always headed to south of Denver for the annual affair. The Canadian EDM duo consists of Dylan Mamid (DC) and Zachary Rapp-Rovan (Hooks), widely known for their bass-driven bangers and high-energy live sets. Gaining prominence in 2009 to 2010 for their wild originals and remixes, they subsequently became a staple name in international EDM touring acts. With diverse genres explored, they’ve shaken up spirits with sick mixes and beats of dubstep, hip hop, house, UK garage, glitch, and more. Bass-heavy and free-spirited, it sure is an amazing experience to feel their records on the big stage.
Their most recent release was “Return to the Spectrum of Intergalactic Happiness,” released in March 2025. Packed with sick tracks, Zeds Dead never fails to serve their signature energies as they keep on raising the bar. Led by their own record label “Deadbeats,” these electric souls are driven to create the best EDM beats the world has ever seen. Made for the live stage, it’s always a surreal experience at their shows, especially at DEADROCKS.
